Role Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Business Development & Sales Accounts Manager to lead client acquisition and engagement across our IT solution portfolio. This is a strategic hire, directly aligned with our growth trajectory and client demand.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive new business acquisition across CRM, ERP, and AI-led solutions
  • Lead sales engagements for platforms including Odoo CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Translate complex technical offerings into commercially viable solutions for diverse stakeholders
  • Cultivate relationships with clients in the Middle East and South Asia (Pakistan/India), leveraging cultural and commercial insight
  • Support cross-border digital transformation initiatives and collaborative ventures
  • Represent the company in client meetings, proposals, and strategic discussions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery excellence.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

  • Proven track record in IT sales, especially in Odoo CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and related platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-driven business solutions and emerging technologies
  • Regional experience and cultural fluency in Middle East and South Asia markets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to sales and client engagement
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
