Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Business Development & Sales Accounts Manager to lead client acquisition and engagement across our IT solution portfolio. This is a strategic hire, directly aligned with our growth trajectory and client demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across CRM, ERP, and AI-led solutions
- Lead sales engagements for platforms including Odoo CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Translate complex technical offerings into commercially viable solutions for diverse stakeholders
- Cultivate relationships with clients in the Middle East and South Asia (Pakistan/India), leveraging cultural and commercial insight
- Support cross-border digital transformation initiatives and collaborative ventures
- Represent the company in client meetings, proposals, and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in IT sales, especially in Odoo CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and related platforms
- Familiarity with AI-driven business solutions and emerging technologies
- Regional experience and cultural fluency in Middle East and South Asia markets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to sales and client engagement
